Graffiti on Your Walls

Teenagers are always fond of writing or drawing on walls. Their notebooks and their rooms show examples that they love doodling, sketching and scribbling names and messages. For parents who have children like these, letting them decorate their own room to give them a chance to show and explore their creativity and for you to become the cool mum and dad. Although some adults may find this bizarrely absurd and a frantic idea, getting the respect and appreciation your children will give you if allow them to paint their wall will be well worth it.

What parents should do to make this project successful is to set ground rules for their children. Before anything else, parents should tell their children that they could only paint their rooms with graffiti only if they fit poster boards on it. They can use two or more layers to make sure paints and markers will not seep through and ruin the walls. Once poster boards have been fitted, parents can now let their children and their friends have fun with the walls as much as they want to given that they abide by the house rules. One of the most important rules to tell the teenagers is that they can spray-paint anything on the walls just as long as there is no profanity or vulgar words. It is also best to designate a particular wall they can paint on.

By placing poster boards, it will be easy to tear it off once the children outgrow graffiti or if they decide to make another one. By letting children do this, they will be able to develop their skill and can even make it their means of living.
